Accommodation and facilities:
Hotel in great location 150 meters from beach,walking distance to everything. Stayed in family suite with 2 children, excellent 2 bedroom suite with plenty of room. better than we expected, buffet breakfast very adequate.
Reservation service:
First time user, would definately use again and would recommend to friends.

clean, generally friendly staff. Breakfast was all you can eat buffet, but average quality. Food and drinks a little bit pricey

Good beach hotel with very friendly and competent staff&service, big and clean rooms. Cooking class there is great! Very close to the beautiful beach. Many restaurants, shops, ATM etc. around within 5 minutes walk. Perfect for families with kids. Only the building itself could be more thai.

Stayed at this hotel with my husband and we had a pool access room. It was great being able to go straight into the pool from the balcony and we loved the pool bar were you could order drinks and food. Drinks and food were a bit expensive but i guess that would be the same as any other hotel. Breakfast was good and was included in our package. The beach is right across the road and plenty of shops and places to eat within a few minutes walking distance. Room was clean and serviced everyday. Staff were also very friendly.

Sawadee booking service was excellent. Would recommend using Swadee for hotel bookings.

this hotel has an extremely good location to everything in karon. we had a pool access room and loved being able to slip into the pool from our balcony.thanks to the wonderful brekkie staff who always had a smile for you in the morning.

we booked 3 pool access rooms in august 2010 for this hotel. the day before we were travelling(22/4/11) we received an e-mail from the hotel that due to over booking, do we mind spending 3 days in deluxe room. they were still advertising pool access rooms for sale on other web sites. i contacted sawadee regarding this, and mr pong was able to liase with the hotel.we spent 2 nights in another hotel before transferring back to karon sands. i would like to thank mr. pong for his help in this matter, he did a great job, but this kind of inconvenience should not happen.

A three-star hotel which I would give four plus stars. Great location just at the beginning of Karon, a minute walk to the beach. Clean and well cared of rooms, excellent bathroom accessories, nice view of the pool. Plenty of shops, massage and eateries around. Staff is friendly and with the best English I ever heard on Phuket. Wide choice of food for breakfast. One thing I didn t like was that the walls were thin and you always hear what s going on out there. Besides there was a door in my room to the adjacent room (locked of course!) which new neighbors always tried to open :-) The other disadvantage is expensive menu at the restaurant. They have nice live performace in the evening but still it s just expensive.
